The benefits of Preschool gymnastics are limitless.  While beginning to develop essential motor skills, children enrolled in toddler gymnastics also gain other important physical attributes, including increased strength, flexibility, agility, and balance.  Additionally, gymnastics allows them to grow socially, encouraging positive interaction with other children and with their coach.  Finally, children gain not only physical and social skills, but also important lingual, intellectual, creative and emotional skills, through vocabulary building, encouraged listening, creative play, and problem solving tasks; all which contribute to creating a well-rounded child.​
