Parent & Tot (18 months - 2 years)
Gymnastics is one of the only activities a child can begin when he or she learns to walk. Most sports require kids to be a certain age. You can't put your child in basketball, baseball, football or cheerleading as a toddler. Gymnastics, however, allows the fun to begin for children as young as 18 months of age. Children and parents can come to class, learn and play when the child is as young as 18 months, all while beginning to develop essential motor skills. Additionally, children enrolled in toddler gymnastics gain other important physical benefits, including strength, flexibility, agility, balance, confidence, and allows for them to interact with other children in a social environment. Essential listening skills and learning to take turns are also proven benefits.
