Parent Portal

First-Time Students

  1. Click here to go to the parent portal website (Be sure to bookmark this page)

  2. Click on Click to Begin

  3. Click Create Account

  4. Click Yes

  5. Click on Forgot Password?

  6. Enter your email address

  7. Click on Submit

  8. Enter the verification code that was sent to your email and click submit

  9. Enter in your information

  10. Create password

  11. Review details and click create account

  12. Review and accept all policies

  13. Create a student and click save

  14. To view classes and setup a trial, click booking and follow the steps in the Parent Portal

Currently Enrolled

  1. Click here to go to the parent portal website (Be sure to bookmark this page)

  2. Click on Click to Begin

  3. Click Log in

  4. Click Yes

  5. Click on Forgot Password?

  6. Enter your email address you have on file with us (if unsure, please ask us what it is)

  7. Click on Submit

  8. You will get an email that will allow you to reset your password

  9. Login using email and new password that you have just set up

How to Setup Auto Pay

  1. Login

  2. Click on My Account

  3. Click on Payments

  4. Click on Add Payment Info/Edit Payment Info

  5. Click Confirm

  6. Enter card details

  7. Click Submit

  8. You are now enrolled for autopay!

ONCE YOU SUBMIT A CARD ON FILE YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ENROLLED IN AUTOPAY. CARD CAN ONLY BE TAKEN OFF AUTOPAY BY DELETING THE CARD ON FILE OR WITH THE FRONT DESK.

*You are able to change your card on file at any time by repeating this same process.

How to Enroll in a Class

  1. Click on Bookings

  2. Click on Find a Class

  3. Click on child(ren) you wish to enroll in a class or click on Add New Student

  4. Click on See Classes

  5. Click on Programs and select level your child is in to narrow down results

  6. If you are unsure what level your child is in, click on My Account

  7. Under child’s name, click on Attendance

  8. Click on Show Past Enrollments

  9. You should be able to see last level that your child was enrolled in

  10. You can further narrow down results by selecting specific days

  11. Click on the class you would like to enroll in

  12. Click Submit Request

  13. Select the month you would like to start

  14. Please note: The furthest we can book in advance is 2 weeks. If requesting to start later than 2 weeks from request date, you will be added to the waiting list for class

  15.  Add any notes

  16.  Click Add to Cart

  17.  Click Complete Transaction

  18.  Once your request is approved, you will receive an email confirmation
